Registration Fee: $100

A non-refundable $100 registration fee is required to compete. You will be redirected to complete your payment after submitting your application.

All fighters must be at least 18 years of age to compete.

Medical Clearance

A doctor's clearance and valid ID will be required on event day.

Waiver Required

All participants must sign an event waiver before competing.

20 Ticket Minimum

Every fighter is required to sell a minimum of 20 tickets to compete at LSFL 5.

1Registration Fee

I understand that a non-refundable $100 registration fee is required to complete my registration with Lone Star Fight League (LSFL). This fee covers administrative and matchmaking services and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, injury, failure to be matched, or event cancellation.

2Mandatory Ticket Sales (20 Minimum)

I understand that every fighter registered for LSFL 5 is required to sell a minimum of 20 tickets. This is a mandatory requirement for all competitors.

Failure to meet the 20-ticket minimum may result in removal from the fight card without refund of the registration fee.

3No Guarantee of Bout

I understand that registration does not guarantee a fight (bout). Bout assignments are determined at the sole discretion of LSFL based on matchmaking criteria.

4Medical Requirements

I acknowledge that I will not be eligible for bout placement until all required medical documentation is submitted, reviewed, and approved by Lone Star Fight League and any applicable athletic commission.

I understand that failure to submit complete and accurate medicals in a timely manner may result in disqualification without refund.

5Bout Offer & Agreement Deadline

I understand that once I am offered a bout, I have 72 hours (3 days) to review and sign the bout agreement. Failure to sign within this timeframe may result in:

—Removal from the bout
—Replacement by another fighter
—Potential suspension from future matchmaking consideration

6Fighter Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for:

—Maintaining communication with LSFL
—Meeting all deadlines
—Being physically prepared and medically cleared to compete
—Complying with all rules, regulations, and requirements set by LSFL and governing athletic commissions

7No Liability for Losses or Damages

I agree that Lone Star Fight League, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, injury, or damages arising from:

—Failure to be matched in a bout
—Bout cancellation or opponent withdrawal
—Event changes, delays, or cancellations
—My failure to meet requirements or deadlines

8Right to Refuse or Remove Participation

I understand that LSFL reserves the right to deny, suspend, or remove any fighter from participation at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

—Incomplete or unapproved medicals
—Failure to comply with agreements
—Conduct deemed unprofessional or unsafe
—Commission or regulatory issues
